Getting Her Back

I tried to feel my vagina’s anterior wall and found something where the G-spot should be, about 1,5-2 inches inside it. The problem is, it was really weirdly shaped, and I don’t know if it is a G-spot or a cyst. It was shaped like a ball only PARTIALLY “glued” to the vagina (in the exact same way a breast is “glued” to your body), so I could put my finger BETWEEN it and the anterior vaginal wall. It is pretty rough to the touch. If I try to press it it feels like I have to pee, it is sensitive. Also, it can be found towards the left side of the vagina’s wall (and not in the middle). The part that worries me is that I don’t know whether it is my G-spot or just a lump in my body that needs medical attention. I must also mention that I encountered it right after having a clitoridian orgasm. (I heard the G-spot swells when you are aroused- although that would not explain why it was partially detached of the vaginal wall). Thank you very much.
