Relationship communication issues pls help?
i’m 24 years old .. been having lots of issues when it comes to relationships, more likely i search for reasons to end it before i go in it.
i can’t seem to be able to communicate with anyone else on an intimate base? am not sure about how to solve that.
it was said that i shut everyone out!! and i do not know how to share my feelings 
Your only 24 your still young… Relax!!!
It could be a number of things, but when I read your question the first thing that came to mind was FEAR… Fear of rejection, or fear of abandonment. Either way you have to work on self first before you start working on a relationship… In order to be intimate with someone you MUST know and love ones self… Slow down you have a whole lifetime ahead of you… Learn to be intimate and communicate with yourself and the rest will come naturally… Good Luck
