Without a complete sperm test and an initial visit (andrological or urological) nobody can assume anything!
Subsequently other tests and health examination could be necessary even. Take in serious consideration your situation deepening as soon as possible.

Continue seeking medical investigation because it is not only the fact of dry orgasm but the emotional toll as well.
It may be partly psychological for some reason and this has been tested to be a true possibility.
Apart from that there seems to be a blockage for some reason in the tubes that transport the semen to the meatus.

See a Urologist and have a sperm count. Some men don’t ejaculate a lot, but it sounds like you have a very low out put of fluid from the prostate. Also increase you water intake, and be checked for diabetes. A low intake of fluid can account for some of it also. Good Luck!
